Where do you ship?

Succuterra ships to all provinces across Canada from Vancouver, BC to St. Johns, Newfoundland and everywhere in between! (We do not ship to the territories at this time)

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on order amount. 

Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick & PEI are as follows.

$15- $29.99= $9.99 

$30 - $59.99 = $12.99

$60-$99 = $14.99

$100+ = Free Shipping!*

 

For BC, Alberta, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia:

$15- $29.99= $11.99

$30 - $99.99= $14.99

$100+ = Free Shipping!*

How long will it take?

Shipping estimates:

Toronto (GTA Area): 1- 2 business days

Ontario: 1-4 business days

Western Canada: 2-7 business days

Eastern Canada: 2-7 business days

 

Please note we do require 2 business days to process orders before shipping.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

 

 

 

When do my plants ship?

We ship Monday - Friday! In the winter, we may hold packages over the weekend.

 

 

How do you package them?

Your succulents and air plants are hand-packed for their journey to your home. We will place them in a bed of shredded craft paper and may choose to wrap them individually (especially with cacti!). This protects them from both the weather & damage in the case of rough handling.

When you get your succulents, make sure to unwrap them immediately. Get them some sunlight & a tiny spritz of water if necessary. (straight to the roots)

 

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. 

 

RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns on live plants including succulents, cacti & air plants. That being said, we care about your experience & will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience purchasing from us.

Damaged products:

All plants are handpicked and guaranteed to be disease free & premium quality. 

If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
